Good For What Ails Us

I am surprised at how so many people don’t seem to feel any tensions.
Either they don’t have any or they are mostly subconscious, probably the latter.
Hips, diaphragm, neck and shoulder girdle can be riddled with tensions.
The forces that shape us can also misshape us
 and leave us
 tense and constricted,
 achy and sore,
 warped and twisted.
We might practice yoga, or its many derivatives, to find some relief.
 Lengthen, Loosen, Release,
 Rest, and relax.
Practice and surrender to what is natural
and Good For What Ails Us.
