With the colder weather approaching here is a technique for making good us of cool hands and fingers. Lie back on a bed or recliner and relax and be comfortable. Place one hand on your forehead and the other on the back of your neck. Transfer the coolness of your hands into your head and the warmth of your head into your hands. Your head will cool and your hands will warm and it should be soothing and welcoming. Keeping a cool head helps us stay balanced, calm, and in a pleasant state. When we are disturbed and upset our head becomes hot, pressured, and achy. Cool hands on a warm head can be as much a part of the season and as pleasant as sipping a cup of hot chocolate in front of a burning log in the fireplace.
