LAZY MAN YOGA

Here is a routine and style of yoga that can fit into our busy and time constrained lives. Five postures can be done in five or ten minutes on a roller. Every posture utilizes a firm back roller that gives support, focus, and leverage to the technique. Each position requires a minimum of effort or exertion.
